What's new?

(As of June 16, 2007)

Eric, Annie and Bear Bloomquist are on hiatus from cruising for 2007.  We plan to be back cruising on our new Nordhavn 64 in February, 2008.  Check back in the fall, 2007 for details on the completion of our boat and our upcoming cruising plans.

In the interim, we are skiing in Utah in the winter and spending the summer in Wisconsin at the cabin.

Below is the site as of June, 2006.

Welcome back to the 2005-06 season of cruising on Oso Blanco, the Nordhavn of Eric, Annie and Bear Bloomquist.  When we last left you, we had just traveled 10,000 miles from Vancouver, BC down the West coast, through the Panama Canal and north to Norfolk, VA.  After spending the summer at our cabin in Northern Wisconsin (where we had a wonderful time with family and friends), we are back on the boat.  Read here about our adventures, see photos of the infamous Bear Bloomquist and take a gander at our plans for the future.  Bon Voyage!
